If something is not right with your order, here is how returns work:
- Return requests must be started within 10 days of delivery.
- Items under $20: send us a photo of the issue and we will refund or replace it — no need to ship anything back.
- Items $20 and up: ship the item back to us. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
- Final sale items, jewelry, intimates, and swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
