Here is the honest version of how it works: we do not own a warehouse or make the clothes. Our suppliers ship your order directly to you, and product photos come from those suppliers. What we do is the curation — choosing pieces worth your closet, translating international sizing into US guidance, and standing behind every order with 10-day returns.
If an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its listing, contact us and we will make it right with a refund or replacement.
